FX Alliance, Inc., filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million. FX Alliance has not selected an exchange to list on, or a ticker to trade on according to the initial filing.
