Marvell Technology (NASDAQ: MRVL) is near a deal to acquire Inphi Corp. (NASDAQ: IPHI) for about $10 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported citing people familiar with the matter. A deal could come as soon as this week.
This would be the second large semiconductor deal this week, with AMD acquiring Xilinx for $35 billion in stock earlier in the week.
