NFTs Coming to Instagram - Zuckerberg

Meta Platforms (NASDAQ: FB) CEO Mark Zuckerberg confirmed that Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) are coming to Instagram, according to Karissa Bell, senior editor of Engadget.

Bell tweeted that Zuckerberg disclosed at the South by Southwest Conference today that they are working on NFTs, but said that now he’s not ready to announce exactly what that's going to be. Zuckerberg did, however, say NFTs would be coming to the platform over the near term.

"We're working on bringing NFTs to Instagram in the near term... I'm not ready to announce exactly what that's going to be today", Zuckerberg was quoted as saying.
