After-Hours Stock Movers:
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) fell 5% after it published third quarter results. While EPS and revenue beat consensus, guidance was lackluster. Management sees the company was well positioned to capture share of the growing AI infrastructure market.
C3 AI (NYSE: AI) fell 18% after it reported quarterly results, with notable softness in subscription revenue.
Topgolf Callaway Brands (NYSE: MODG) rose 11% after it announced that its Board of Directors intends to pursue the separation of its business into two independent companies.
AeroVironment (NASDAQ: AVAV) fell 2% despite better than expected first quarter EPS and revenue, after it issued guidance for the full year that trailed estimates.
Yext, Inc. (NYSE: YEXT) rose 9% after it published strong second quarter results and lifted its full year revenue forecast.
Fortive (NYSE: FTV) rose 2% after it announced its intention to pursue a tax-free spin-off of its Precision Technologies segment.
Verint Systems (NASDAQ: VRNT) fell 14% after it missed estimates on the top and bottom line in the second quarter.
