After-hours movers: Arista Networks, Shift4 Payments, Bumble, Toll Brothers

After-hours movers:

Arista Networks (NYSE: ANET) fell 6% despite topping fourth quarter estimates and issuing strong guidance. Arista Networks sees Q1 2025 revenue of $1.93-1.97 billion, versus the consensus of $1.91 billion. Management's comments regarding AI sales may have impacted the stock.

Shift4 Payments (NYSE: FOUR) fell 9% after it and Global Blue (NYSE: GB) announced they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Shift4 will acquire Global Blue for $7.50 per common share in cash, representing an 15% premium to Global Blue’s closing share price as of February 14, 2025, and a ~$2.5 billion enterprise value.

Bumble (NASDAQ: BMBL) fell 7% after revenue guidance trailed estimates. Bumble sees Q1 2025 revenue of $242-248 million, versus the consensus of $257.2 million.

Costar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) fell 5% after results disappointed investors. Company expects revenue in the range of $2.985 billion to $3.015 billion for the full year of 2025, representing year-over-year growth of approximately 10% at the midpoint of the range.

Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL) fell 5% after its guidance missed consensus. It sees second quarter deliveries of 2,500 - 2,700 units, vs 2,781 expected.

IFF (NYSE: IFF) fell 4% after guidance missed consensus. IFF sees FY2025 revenue of $10.6-10.9 billion, versus the consensus of $11.3 billion.
