Solar EV Maker Sono Group N.V. (SEV) IPO Opens 34% Higher

Today's IPO Sono Group N.V. (NASDAQ: SEV), the maker of solar EVs, opened for trading at $20.06 after pricing 10,000,000 common shares at $15, the middle of the expected $14-$16 range.

Berenberg is acting as sole global coordinator for the proposed offering. Craig-Hallum is acting as co-manager for the proposed offering.

Sono Group builds solar electric vehicles (SEVs) and licenses its fully integrated solar technology to other manufacturers.

As of November 5, 2021, more than 16,000 reservations have been made on the Sion, with an average down payment of $3,000.
