On June 21, 2022, USWS announced that it had entered into an agreement to be acquired by ProFrac in a stock-for-stock deal. Pursuant to the merger agreement, USWS shareholders will receive 0.0561 shares of ProFrac Class A common stock for each share of USWS Class A common stock. The deal is scheduled to close in the fourth quarter of 2022.
