On March 10, 2021, Talend announced that it had signed an agreement to be acquired by Thoma Bravo for approximately $2.4 billion. Pursuant to the merger agreement, Talend stockholders will receive $66 in cash for each share of Talend common stock owned. The deal is scheduled to close in the third quarter of 2021.
