(Nasdaq: RIDE), (“Lordstown Motors”), a leader in electric light duty trucks focused on the commercial fleet market, today announced that it will reschedule the release of its first quarter 2021 financial results, previously scheduled for May 17, 2021. The company now intends to report first quarter 2021 financial results on Monday, May 24, 2021, after the market closes. The company will then host a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
