China's Largest Retailer Looking to Start Taking Bitcoin for Online Transactions

Bitcoin is getting more real.

Suning Commerce Group, the largest retailer in China, said it might start transactions with bitcoin online. The company is said to be working with BTC China on the deal and will provide the transaction platform. BTC China is China's most-popular bitcoin exchange, according to Bloomberg

News today follows reports on Thursday that one dealer in Orange County, CA, accepted bitcoin from a customer looking to purchase a Tesla (Nasdaq: TSLA) Model S sedan.
