Taylor Appeared to Win Senate GOP Straw Poll, Says Sen. Scott - Bloomberg

President Trump asked Senate Republicans for a show of hands in support of potential nominees for chairman of the Federal Reserve during a lunch meeting Tuesday, according to Bloomberg.
Senator Tim Scott said Trump asked specifically about John Taylor and Jerome Powell, and also mentioned current Fed chair Janet Yellen, the report said.
Trump "didn't announce a winner, but I think Taylor won," Scott reportedly said.
