June 8, 2022 5:51 AM EDT

Wintrust Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: WTFC) today announced the pricing of its upsized underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $86.00 per share. In connection with the offering, Wintrust has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 450,000 additional shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on June 10, 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.

Wintrust intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes.

RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
