Demand Media sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.05-$0.06, versus the consensus of $0.06. Demand Media sees Q1 2012 revenue of $81.5-$83.5 million, versus the consensus of $83.62 million.

Demand Media sees FY2012 EPS of $0.30-$0.32, versus the consensus of $0.31. Demand Media sees FY2012 revenue of $351-$358 million, versus the consensus of $362 million.
