Accenture (ACN) Misses Street's Q2 Views; Guides Q3 Sales; Lowers FY10 EPS Guidance

Accenture Plc. (NYSE: ACN) reports Q2 EPS of $0.60, 1 cent lower than the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter was $5.18 billion, which compares to the estimate of $5.21 billion.

Sees Q3 sales of $5.5-$5.7 billion, which compares to the Street estimate of $5.56 billion.

Lowers its FY10 EPS guidance to $2.61-$2.69, vs. the consensus of $2.70.
