Xerox Corp. (XRX) Declares $0.25 Quarterly Dividend; 14.4% Yield

Xerox Corp. (NYSE: XRX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 29, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 14.4 percent.

The board also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $20 per share on the outstanding Xerox Series B Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable on Jan. 1, 2018 to shareholders of record on Dec. 15, 2017.
