UGI Corp. (NYSE: UGI) declared an annual dividend of $0.345 per share, or $0.345 annualized. This is a 4.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.33.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2021, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of June 14, 2021.
