Saratoga Investment (NYSE: SAR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on November 9, 2016, to stockholders of record on October 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of October 27, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9.6 percent.
