Premier Financial Bancorp (PFBI) Declares $1.00 Special Dividend; 7.1% Yield

Premier Financial Bancorp (NASDAQ: PFBI) declared a special dividend of $1.00 per share.

The dividend will be payable on February 5, 2021, to stockholders of record on February 1, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of January 29, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.1 percent.

President and CEO, Robert W. Walker stated, "This special dividend declared by the board is in addition to our regular quarterly dividend paid at the end of each quarter. We are very pleased to be able to return this additional amount to our shareholders."
