Manhattan Bridge Capital (LOAN) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.3% to $0.085; 8.5% Yield

Manhattan Bridge Capital (NASDAQ: LOAN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.085 per share, or $0.34 annualized. This is a 6.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.5 percent.
