Golar LNG Ltd (GLNG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10% to $0.275; 3.4% Yield

Golar LNG Ltd (NASDAQ: GLNG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on September 27, 2011, to stockholders of record on September 13, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of September 9, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
