Ellington Financial (NYSE: EFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized. This is a 23.1% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.65.

The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 1, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of November 27, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11.1 percent.
