BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (BMR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.5% to $0.215; 4.6% Yield

BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: BMR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.215 per share, or $0.86 annualized. This is a 7.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.

The dividend will be payable on April 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
