Bank of South Carolina (BKSC) Declares $0.15 Quarterly Dividend; 3% Yield
Bank of South Carolina (NASDAQ: BKSC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2018, to stockholders of record on October 9, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of October 5, 2018.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.

Hassell, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We believe the economy of the Lowcountry is strong, and with the addition of our North Charleston office to open next year, we are excited about the future of The Bank of South Carolina. With recent merger announcements, the number of community banks in our state will shrink to well below 50.
