Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance (NYSE: ARI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2021, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of June 29, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.5 percent.
