Williams Cos. (NYSE: WMB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.64 per share, or $2.56 annualized. This is an 8.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.59.

The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 24, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 22, 2015.
