Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.66 per share, or $2.64 annualized. This is a 4.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.63.
The dividend will be payable on September 18, 2018, to stockholders of record on September 7, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of September 6, 2018.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
