Seven Hills Realty Trust (NASDAQ: SEVN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 66.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on February 17, 2022, to stockholders of record on January 24, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of January 21, 2022.
