Saratoga Investment (SAR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2% to $0.51; 9% Yield

Saratoga Investment (NYSE: SAR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.51 per share, or $2.04 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.50.

The dividend will be payable on June 27, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 14, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9 percent.
