Penske Automotive Group (PAG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.9% to $0.35; 3% Yield

Penske Automotive Group (NYSE: PAG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized. This is a 2.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.34.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2018, to stockholders of record on May 21, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of May 18, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.

Penske Automotive Group President Robert H. Kurnick, Jr., said, "I am pleased to announce that for the 28th consecutive quarter, our Board of Directors has increased the dividend for PAG's shareholders. This increase in the dividend demonstrates the confidence we have in our ability to continue growing the company's diversified transportation services business model."
