Northern Oil And Gas (NYSE: NOG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized. This is a 13.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on April 28, 2023, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
