Monmouth Real Estate (MNR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.7% to $0.16; 6.6% Yield

Monmouth Real Estate (NYSE: MNR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 16, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of November 12, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.6 percent.
