MGE Energy (MGEE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.7% to $0.3375; 2% Yield

MGE Energy (NASDAQ: MGEE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3375 per share, or $1.35 annualized. This is a 4.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3225.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on September 1, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of August 30, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.

"The dividend is an important part of our total return to our shareholders. The board's decision to increase our quarterly dividend reflects our commitment to delivering shareholder value and our confidence in our business strategy," said President and CEO Jeffrey Keebler.
