Kadant (NYSE: KAI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is an 11.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on May 12, 2016, to stockholders of record on April 14, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 12, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
