Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.85 per share, or $3.4 annualized. This is a 6.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.80.

The dividend will be payable on June 27, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 30, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of May 29, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
