The Board of Directors of Hormel Foods Corporation (NYSE: HRL) made an announcement today, according to which the company has raised its annual dividend by 6% to $1.04 per share. This represents the company’s 56th consecutive annual dividend increase.
Hormel is a member of the prestigious S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats list.
The first quarterly dividend will be $0.26 per share to be paid on Feb. 15, 2022, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 18, 2022. The ex-dividend date of January 14, 2022.
The annual yield on the new dividend is 2.4 percent.
