Coca Cola (KO) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.8% to $0.44; To Resume Share Repurchases This Year

Coca Cola (NYSE: KO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 4.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.42. The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2022, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2022. The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.

The company’s capital allocation priorities continue to balance financial flexibility with an efficient capital structure. Based on its positive outlook, the company expects to resume share repurchases in 2022, with net share repurchases (non-GAAP) of approximately $500 million for the year. The ultimate amount and timing of share repurchases will be determined over the course of the year, subject to the company’s discretion based on various factors.
