WSFS Financial (WSFS) Appoints Chris Ballard as SVP, Director of Total Rewards

WSFS Bank, the primary subsidiary of WSFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: WSFS), has named Chris Ballard as Senior Vice President, Director of Total Rewards, reporting to Lisa Brubaker, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

“I am thrilled to welcome Chris to our team,” said Brubaker. “With his many years of experience in the compensation, benefits, and total rewards field, Chris brings a wealth of expertise that will be invaluable as we continue to refine and enhance our Associate offerings.”

In his new role, Ballard will develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy and oversee WSFS’ compensation, benefits and wellbeing, payroll, and HRIS functions.

Ballard comes to WSFS with nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with 15 of those years working at UGI Corporation, a publicly held international distributor of energy products and services. He held several roles of increasing responsibility at UGI and was most recently Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Services.

He graduated from Gwynedd Mercy University with a B.A. in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resources Management.
