Stellantis (STLA) appoints Aamir Ahmed to lead Fiat brand in North America

Stellantis (NYSE: STLA) announced Thursday the appointment of Aamir Ahmed to lead the Fiat brand in North America, effective immediately.
Throughout his career, Aamir Ahmed has taken on increasingly important roles, gaining extensive experience and a strong understanding of customer needs and technology. This background uniquely positions him to enhance the eco-friendly and stylish Fiat brand, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for electric vehicle buyers.
"Aamir is back where he belongs and at the right time, leading Fiat on its electrification path here in North America," said Stellantis North America COO Mark Stewart. "We're excited for him to hit the ground running."
In a related move, Larry Dominique will concentrate on leading the Alfa Romeo brand in North America.
Shares of STLA are down 0.60% near end of day trading on Thursday.
