Radware Ltd. (RDWR) Tops Q4 EPS by 7c, Revenues Beat

Radware Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDWR) reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $63.82 million versus the consensus estimate of $63.47 million.

Fourth Quarter 2018 Results and Financial Highlights

• Record Revenues of $64 Million, up 9% from the fourth quarter of 2017
• Non-GAAP operating income and margin of $9.8Million and 15%, respectively
• Non-GAAP EPS of $0.24 GAAP EPS of $0.16

Full Year 2018 Results and Financial Highlights

• Record Revenues of $234 Million, up 11% from 2017
• Non-GAAP operating income and margin of $22 Million and 9.2%, respectively
• Non-GAAP EPS of $0.55; GAAP EPS of $0.25
• Operating cash flow of $49 million
