Physicians Realty Trust (DOC) Declares $0.23 Quarterly Dividend; 4.9% Yield

Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE: DOC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share, or $0.92 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 17, 2020, to stockholders of record on January 3, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of January 2, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.9 percent.

“We are proud to declare and pay our 26th consecutive quarterly dividend. We continue to strengthen our portfolio of high-quality medical office properties through acquiring and managing facilities occupied by leading health care providers. These relationships have produced strong returns for our investors and we look forward to discussing our fourth quarter results, as well as our expectations for 2020, in our earnings release and during our conference call, scheduled on February 26th,” said John T. Thomas, President and Chief Executive Officer.
