NYIAX, Inc (NYSE: NYX) has filed for a downsized 1,640,000 share IPO at $4-$6 per share. Priced at midpoint, the company will raise $8,200,000 in proceeds from the offering - a decrease from prior indication of $20,000,000 IPO.
