Marex Group (MRX) Announces Launch of Public Offering of Ordinary Shares

Marex Group plc (Nasdaq: MRX) (“Marex”), the diversified global financial services platform, today announces the launch of a public offering of its ordinary shares (the "Offering”) by certain selling shareholders (the “Selling Shareholders”). The Selling Shareholders are offering a total of 8,500,000 ordinary shares. In connection with the Offering, the Selling Shareholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,275,000 ordinary shares.
Marex is not selling any ordinary shares in the Offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the Selling Shareholders.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Barclays and Jefferies are acting as lead book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters for the proposed offering.
