JP Morgan's (JPM) CEO Jamie Dimon Sees 2008 Compensation Fall Over 40% to $19.65M

An SEC filing after the close showed that JP Morgan's (NYSE: JPM) Chairman and CEO, Jamie Dimon, made $19.65 million in 2008, which is down from the $34.33 million made in 2007.
Dimon's compensation for 2008 was made up of a $1 million salary, $16.84 million in stock awards, $1.41 million in options awards, $48K in change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation and $348K from other compensation.
Dimon's other compensation was made up of $54K for personal use of aircraft, $89K for personal use of cars, and almost $200K for moving expenses and the tax associated with the moving.
