Fisker (FSR) files form 10-K, sees more job cuts, reiterates going concern doubts

Fisker (OTC: FSRN) has filed its form 10-K:

  • In addition to reducing expenses, the Company intends to further reduce its workforce and streamline its operations, including reducing its physical footprint. There is no assurance that the Company will be able to restructure its obligations and/or obtain additional financing on acceptable terms and conditions.
  • The Company believes that its available liquidity will not be sufficient to meet its current obligations for a period of at least twelve months from the date of the filing of this Annual Report on Form 10-K. Accordingly, the Company has concluded there is substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.
