First Bancshares (FBMS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.3% to $0.13; 1.7% Yield

First Bancshares (NASDAQ: FBMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.12.

The dividend will be payable on February 25, 2021, to stockholders of record on February 10, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of February 9, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
