Eneti Inc. (NETI) Announces 1M Share Placement with Scorpio Holdings at $8.90/sh

Eneti Inc. (NYSE: NETI) (the “Company”) announced today that Scorpio Holdings Limited (“SHL”), a related party, has purchased 1,000,000 common shares of the Company at an average price of $8.90 per share from the Marubeni Corporation via a private placement. The Company had issued the shares to Marubeni Corporation as part of the acquisition price paid by the Company to acquire Seajacks in August 2021.

SHL also recently purchased 150,250 common shares of the Company at an average price of $9.78 per share in the open market.

The Company currently has 38,647,119 common shares outstanding, of which SHL and its affiliates own 11,119,181 or 28.77%.
