D. R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on May 20, 2021, to stockholders of record on May 10, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of May 7, 2021.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.9 percent.
