SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Vector Acquisition Corporation II (the “Company”), a special purpose acquisition company led by Alex Slusky and formed for the purpose of entering into a combination with one or more businesses, today announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 45,000,000 Class A ordinary shares at a price of $10.00 per share. The shares are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market and trade under the ticker symbol “VAQC”.
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and BofA Securities are serving as joint book-running managers for this offering. The Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 6,750,000 shares at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.
