Trilantic North America Promotes Lindsay Ting and Lee Nussbaum to Managing Directors

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Trilantic North America, a leading, growth-focused private equity firm, announced today the promotions of Lindsay Ting and Lee Nussbaum to Managing Directors. Ms. Ting and Mr. Nussbaum both work in the firm’s consumer investments vertical and have played essential roles in recent deals this year, including a new funding commitment for Sunrise Strategic Partners and an investment in e-commerce platform Orva.

Ms. Ting joined Trilantic North America as a Principal in 2019 and most recently helped lead the majority sale of Kodiak Cakes to L Catterton. She is currently a director of Sunrise Strategic Partners 2.0. Ms. Ting previously held positions at private equity firms Castanea Partners and TA Associates and began her career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. She holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, an M.A. in Education from Stanford Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Williams College.

Mr. Nussbaum joined the firm in 2012 as an Associate and has played an integral role in the firm’s investments in the consumer sector, particularly within e-commerce. He is currently a director of Trilantic North America portfolio companies Gorilla Commerce, Orva and Sunrise Strategic Partners 2.0. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nussbaum worked as an Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at UBS and the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Guggenheim Partners. He holds a B.B.A., with high distinction, from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
