SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- StreamSets, provider of the industry’s first DataOps platform, today announced that it has been recognized by the insideBIGDATA Impact 50 list for Q4 2020 for the 12th consecutive quarter, and the 2021 Wealthfront Career-Launching Companies List. InsideBIGDATA’s Impact List recognizes companies excelling within areas like innovation, tech leadership and strength of offering, among other parameters. Wealthfront’s annual list targets businesses that exemplify a combination of thoughtful leadership, technical excellence and an emphasis on employee well-being.
“These recognitions – especially coming on the heels of an unpredictable 2020 – only serve as a reminder that StreamSets’ position as an industry leader continues to grow,” said Girish Pancha, CEO at StreamSets. “It is important to us to be recognized as a leader in DataOps, big data and data science alongside some of the most innovative and successful businesses in our industry. At the same time, we also pride ourselves on our ability to identify and retain some of the top talents in our space, while providing a culture of growth, empathy and excellence.”
Each quarter, insideBIGDATA produces its Impact List, which includes the ‘most important movers and shakers’ in the big data industry. The list includes companies that demonstrate technology leadership, strength of offering, proven innovation, positivity of message and quality perception in the enterprise. Additional companies recognized on the list include Google AI, DataRobot, Databricks and Snowflake, among others.
Wealthfront develops its ‘Career-Launching Companies’ list with input from 19 of the industry’s premier venture capital firms. To qualify for the list of United States-based mid-sized companies with momentum, a company must be privately held, have a revenue run rate by year end of between $20 million and $300 million, be on a trajectory to grow at a rate in excess of 50% for at least the next three or four years, and have compelling unit economics.
“Being part of a very successful company leads to faster career growth and greater financial reward,” said Andy Rachleff, CEO of Wealthfront. “We can think of no advice that impacts our clients’ long-term financial state more than helping them make the right career choice. Publishing this list of ideal places to start your career is one of the many ways Wealthfront builds an unprecedented level of trust with our clients.”
